A two-storey timber frame round home cladded with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), fabricated by Skeetechestn Dodeca-Homes. The unique post-and-beam system is based on a traditional 12-sided structure. Built using locally sourced Douglas-fir timber. Skeetchestn Dodeca-Homes is an Indigenous-led housing innovation that merges traditional Secwepemc design with modern building technology to meet the urgent housing needs of First Nations and rural communities.
